簡歷

Dr. Kuo was born in Taiwan, R.O.C.  He received the B.S. degree in Electrical and Control Engineering from National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), HsinchuTaiwan, R.O.C., in 1995, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electro-Optical Engineering from NCTU, in 1997 and 2002, respectively.

After he received his Ph.D. degree, he joined Instrument Technology ResearchCenter, National Applied Research Laboratories, Hsinchu Taiwan, as an associate researcher since January 2003.  His main research interests and working experiences are focused on fabrication and characterizing of III-V and II-V wide-bandgap semiconductors, including GaN, ZnO, InN and dilute nitrides.  Dr. Kuo has been authored and co-authored more than 35 international Journals and 2 patents related to III-V compound semiconductor devices technology.
