簡歷

Sheng-Yu Tseng ( 曾聖有 ) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei , Taiwan , R.O.C., in 1992, and the M.S. degree and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from National Chung Cheng University, Chia-yi, Taiwan, ROC, in 1999 and 2005, respectively. From 1984 to 1986 he was employed as a maintenance engineer in Utility Plant of Nylon Division of Formosa Chemicals & Fibre Co. Inc., Taiwan. He was a senior engineer in department of R & D of Chunghwa Picture Tubes Co. Inc., Taiwan from 2000 to 2001. F rom 2005 to 2006 he was an assistant professor in the department of Electrical Engineering at Chien Kuo Technology University . Since 2006, he has been with the electrical engineering department at Chang Gung University , Taiwan , where he is currently an assistant professor. His research interests include design of switching-mode power supplies, renewable energy system, color plasma display panel driving circuits and pulsed-voltage generators applied to trans-dermal drug delivery, livestock / poultry stunning or microbe processing.
