簡歷

Mingfu Li was born in MiaoliTaiwan, R.O.C., in 1968. He received the B.S. and Ph. D. degrees in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University in 1991 and 1998, respectively.

From 1998 to 2003, he worked as an associate researcher in the Telecommunication Laboratories at Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd., Tao-YuanTaiwan, where he investigated related techniques on time and frequency synchronization. From 2004 to 2005, he worked as an associate engineer in the Multimedia Department of Northern Taiwan Business Group, Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd., and was responsible for the construction of Multimedia-On-Demand (MOD) system or interactive TV system. Since 2006, he has been a faculty member of Electrical Engineering at Chang Gung UniversityTao-YuanTaiwan , R.O.C., where he is currently an Associate Professor. His research interests include multimedia networks, mobile IPTV, smart home networks, digital right management (DRM), high speed networks and network synchronization.
